Delivery

Framed photographs are shipped from the lab in a rigid cardboard envelope marked "Fragile." Shipping is via Colissimo to the address provided at the time of ordering. Please allow two to three days for production and two to three days for delivery (4 to 6 days total) within mainland France. During promotional periods, delivery is free in mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, and Andorra; €8.15 outside of promotional periods.

For international orders: €19.39 in Europe (+€4 UK), €28.39 Norway, Eastern European countries, Maghreb, €39.19 for the rest of the world. Any applicable customs duties will be charged separately.

The certificate of authenticity will be sent to you by separate mail and is included in all cases.

All shipments to overseas territories and internationally (outside the European Union) must be declared to customs. This information, provided in advance to the destination country, allows for the processing and clearance of shipments. Without this information, the country may block or refuse the goods, or even return them. The sender is responsible for completing form CN23 and paying any applicable customs duties, which will be added to the order.
