As a teenager, from my very first photographs, I was captivated by the magic of this art—and by the anticipation of the developing process, a unique excitement before the image itself. Then came the need to master it, from framing to printing. By taking evening classes, this passion took firm root. I honed my observational skills, always with black and white in mind, a kind of theatrical dramaturgy, in search of raw emotion. Then came my first award for an urban scene captured in Montpellier (1995). I've never left the street since, this world where anything can happen.
As a press photographer, writer, and multimedia journalist, I've explored different angles of storytelling, never losing sight of my photographic path. Today, I dedicate myself to sharing the fruits of thirty years of life seen through the viewfinder. My wish: that you look at these photos and are inspired. Perhaps they'll even inspire you to hang one on your wall, or to set off yourself, camera in hand, to capture the moment, wandering the streets of the world. With film and a slow shutter speed!
