Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the Product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by registered letter to the address provided via the website's contact form within the specified period, using the form attached to these Terms and Conditions as Appendix 1. You must return the Products as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Upon receipt of the Product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, excluding the return shipping costs, which will remain your responsibility.
